New Construction

New construction has our neighborhood growing by leaps and bounds.  During the past year, several cabins have been built and renovations are constantly filling the air with hammering and saws.  The number of permanent and weekend residents has grown considerably.

Here’s the latest new construction on the lake.

This cute cabin is on it’s way to completion on the south side of Clear Creek Lake.
