Lake Fishing Policy

CLEAR CREEK LAKE FISHING POLICIES

This is a Board of Directors approved action

We stock this lake every year.  The following changes will help our fish population from being depleted before having a chance to grow.  The fingerlings run from 2 to 3 inches for pan fish, 5 to 6 inches for bass and 5 to 7 inches for channel catfish.  Some of these fingerlings are being caught and kept.  Therefore, the policy below was approved by the board of directors on April 3, 2016 and will become effective April 10, 2016.

The following fish must be returned to the lake immediately;

  • All striped bass, flathead catfish and grass carp regardless of size
  • Any bass less than 16 inches
  • Any catfish less than 12 inches
  • Any pan fish less than 6 inches

Signed in guests of our members may keep up to 12 fish per person, per day, regardless of combination.

            New signs will be posted around the lake with these policy changes.
